“These two meetings are the beginning of our 2014-2015 meeting season and we we will continue to address industry issues for our members” says Lisa Siembab, CCRS Executive Director. Our focus this year will be Estimating/Production best practices, human resources, financials within the shop and aluminum repair training.”
P & L Consultant and co-owner, Larry Montanez offered members a reality check with Aluminum Repair methodology. Montanez informed attendees that there are considerabl differences in the training requirements between the 2015 F-!50 and the other aluminum vehicles. “Today’s repairer must focus on their skills at repairing steel before even considering taking on the F-!50 or any other vehice with similar material.” stated Montanez.
